by Martin Neumann on September 24, 2006

Tubetorial have the second part of episode four out in their 7 Steps to Creating and Selling Niche Information Products screencast tutorial.

Your Information Business Model (Part Two) is just over 9 minutes long and looks at taking trends and using keyword research to get to the bottom if a particular topic has enough interest to warrant an information product being developed and marketed.

The tutorial takes a quite negative view of the popular Yahoo Keyword Suggestion Tool and leans towards WordTracker as a more reliable tool. Following this is taking the reseach and using search engines and Amazon to see what’s currently in the market place, followed by conducting a simply survey using AdWords to get repondents in.

All in all, a fine insight into what one must do in regards to research before deciding on going all out writing and marketing an information product on a particualr topic.
